14/24 month Temple to Temple warranty

Reed Eye Associates will replace your eyewear once at no charge for up to 14 months from the original date of delivery for adults.  Twice for up to 24 months for patients 18 years old and younger. This warranty covers your frames and lenses for any type of defect, breakage or scratches. It does not cover loss, theft or disappearance of glasses. Ask your opticain about our optional loss warranty.

How do you use this warranty?

Bring in all parts of the eyewear to the location where you purchased the eyewear. We will replace broken or scratched lenses with the same prescription and/or replace affected frames.  If your frame is no longer available, we will substitute one of equal value.  Please do not glue or solder your eyeglasses if broken.  Doing so will inhibit our ability to repair them and void this warranty.

Loss Warranty

This is an optional coverage that can be purchased on your complete eyewear.  If your glasses are lost within the first year they will be replaced at 50% off the current price.  Ask your optician for details

Additional benefits

To help maintain your glasses and protect your eyes from damaging rays, all Plastic, High Index and Polycarbonate lenses have been given a scratch resistant coating and ultraviolet protective quality. We also will adjust your glasses free for as long as you own them.
